Outlist helps real estate photographers, listing media teams, agents, and brokerages turn listing photo galleries into post-ready Reel packages. Each package can include a listing Reel, post copy, and share page for moments such as Just Listed, Open House, Price Drop, and Luxury Listing. ## What do I deliver to an agent? A vertical listing Reel, post caption, call to action, hashtags, cover image, and branded public share page. Review the output and property details before handing it to the agent. Download and publish the Reel through your chosen social platform. ## How do I make a Reel from listing photos? Select up to nine property photos, add verified listing details, choose the listing goal and style, review the generation cost, and generate. Check the video, edit the post copy and share-page details, then download or share the package. ## What listing moments does Outlist support? Just Listed, Open House, Price Drop, and Luxury Listing promotions. The same property can be used for a new moment; each new video generation uses the credits shown in the app. ## When should I use a general editor instead? Use a general editor when you need detailed timeline control, frame-by-frame changes, or a bespoke edit combining filmed footage. Outlist is designed to produce photo-based listing marketing packages. Generated motion is not a filmed walkthrough or a verified floor-plan reconstruction. ## Will this automatically publish to Instagram? The core workflow delivers a video and post copy for you to review, download, and publish. Do not assume that a share page automatically posts a Reel to a social account. ## Does Outlist guarantee leads or sales? No. The package is marketing material. Listing accuracy, creative quality, distribution, audience, and agent follow-up still matter; public demonstrations are not evidence of conversion uplift. ## What counts as one video? One standard property Reel uses 10 credits. Longer or specialist video modes may use more credits, and you will always see the exact amount before generating. Each Reel also includes conversion-focused post copy and a branded share page. ## Can I create more than one video for the same property? Yes. You can generate different Reels for the same property by choosing different listing goals, visual styles, photo selections, or story directions. Each new video generation uses the number of credits shown before generation. ## Do unused monthly credits roll over? Yes. Each monthly video allowance stays available for 90 days from the day it is added, so a quieter month does not immediately erase unused videos. ## Which plan is best if my listing volume changes from month to month? If you expect ongoing work but your listing volume is uneven, an annual plan offers the best value and flexibility: it is 50% off the monthly rate, and all 12 months of credits are added upfront for you to use anytime during the 12-month term. Choose monthly for a lower upfront commitment, or a Credit Pack for occasional projects without a subscription. ## How do Credit Packs work? Credit Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription required, and pack credits are valid for 12 months. You can also add a pack when you run out without changing your current plan. Active subscribers receive 50% more credits at the same pack price. ## Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes. You can turn off renewal at any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription will not renew, and your plan benefits remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. ## What happens to my credits after I cancel? Canceling does not immediately remove your remaining credits. Each balance keeps the expiration and usage rules associated with its original source, including monthly plan credits, annual credits, Credit Packs, promotional credits, and refunded credits. Settings → Billing shows the exact balance and expiration date for each source before you confirm cancellation. ## What happens if a generation fails or the result has a problem? If Outlist cannot produce a usable video and the generation fails, the credits for that generation are returned automatically. If a completed Reel has a material technical or property-accuracy issue, contact support@outlist.io and we’ll review it. New versions created for a different style, goal, or creative preference use the credits shown before generation. ## Can I use Outlist videos commercially? Yes. Paid Outlist outputs may be used for commercial listing marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and client deliverables. You must have the right to use the photos, logos, music, and other materials you upload and comply with applicable advertising, brokerage, and MLS requirements. ## What is a branded share page? A shareable page featuring your brand, contact details, and listing Reel, so you can send it directly to clients or share it anywhere. A small “Powered by Outlist” attribution appears at the bottom. ## What is included in the Agency plan? Agency is designed for teams and media companies that need higher generation volume. The monthly plan includes 300 credits—about 30 standard Reels—while the annual plan includes 3,600 credits upfront—about 360 standard Reels—for use during the 12-month term. Every Reel includes conversion-focused post copy and a branded share page, and Agency customers receive priority support. ## Do you offer plans for larger teams? Yes. Enterprise plans are customized for brokerages, media companies, and high-volume teams that need more than the standard Agency plan.
