## Product

Outlist helps real estate photographers, listing media teams, agents, and brokerages turn listing photo galleries into post-ready Reel packages. Each package can include a listing Reel, post copy, and share page for moments such as Just Listed, Open House, Price Drop, and Luxury Listing.

Outlist is a web application for photo-based real estate listing marketing. The output package includes a vertical Reel, post caption, CTA, hashtags, cover image, and branded share page.

## Who it serves

- Photographers and listing media teams adding a video package to a photo delivery.
- Agents creating social content from existing listing photos.
- Brokerage marketing teams preparing consistent listing launch material.

## Workflow

1. Select up to nine property photos you are entitled to use. The current uploader allows up to 30 MB per image; the app validates each upload.
2. Add verified property details and select a listing moment: Just Listed, Open House, Price Drop, or Luxury Listing.
3. Choose the style and review the credit cost displayed before generation.
4. Generate and review the Reel for property accuracy. Edit the caption, CTA, listing details, and share-page information as needed.
5. Download the Reel and deliver the caption and branded share link, or publish through your social platform.

## Fit and limitations

Use Outlist when you want a listing-specific package from photos without assembling a manual edit. For detailed timeline editing or a bespoke edit of filmed footage, consider a general editor. Generated camera movement does not establish a real walk-through, room connectivity, or floor-plan accuracy. Review representations of the property before publication.

A standard Reel costs 10 credits. Longer or specialist modes can cost more; the in-app quote is authoritative. New video generations consume credits; editing existing captions and listing/share-page details does not generate a new video.
