Introduction

Welcome to Outlist, an AI-powered listing video service for real estate professionals. By accessing or using Outlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Outlist helps users turn property photos and listing information into listing Reels, post copy, and shareable listing pages. Features and output formats may change as the service improves.

Outlist is not a substitute for your professional judgment or legal, brokerage, advertising, fair-housing, or MLS compliance obligations. You must review each output before publishing or sharing it.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity performed through your account. Contact support@outlist.io promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Your Inputs

You retain any rights you already hold in the photos, listing information, logos, music, voice recordings, likenesses, copy, and other materials you upload or provide to Outlist (collectively, “Inputs”).

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases needed for Outlist and its service providers to process your Inputs and create the requested outputs. You must not upload materials that infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other third-party rights.

You grant Outlist and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, and display your Inputs only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

Generated Outputs and Commercial Use

“Outputs” means the videos, images, post copy, share pages, and other materials generated for you through Outlist.

As between you and Outlist, Outlist does not claim ownership of Outputs generated for you. To the extent Outlist obtains any transferable right, title, or interest in a paid Output, Outlist assigns that interest to you upon payment, subject to these Terms. Outlist also grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and commercially exploit paid Outputs, including for listing marketing, social media, paid advertising, websites, and client deliverables.

This license only covers rights that Outlist is legally able to grant. It does not give you rights in third-party materials contained in your Inputs or in an Output. You remain responsible for confirming that your intended use does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law and industry rules.

AI-generated Outputs may not be unique, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. Copyright or other intellectual-property protection for AI-generated material may vary by jurisdiction. Outlist does not guarantee that any Output will qualify for copyright protection or be exclusive to you.

Property Accuracy and Prohibited Uses

You may not use Outlist to misrepresent a property or intentionally create or publish false rooms, renovations, staging, views, amenities, measurements, prices, availability, or other material listing facts. You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content.

Outlist is designed to work from the property materials you provide, but AI-generated content can contain mistakes or visual artifacts. You must review the completed Reel, listing information, captions, calls to action, and share page before use.

Third-Party Services

Outlist uses third-party infrastructure and AI service providers to process Inputs and generate Outputs. Those services may have their own acceptable-use, technical, and intellectual-property terms, and provider availability may change. Your rights under these Terms are limited to the rights Outlist is legally permitted to provide.

Outlist does not resell access to a third-party model or API. Users receive the completed Outlist workflow and Outputs, not credentials or direct access to an underlying provider.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed billing interval unless you turn off renewal. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your plan benefits remain active until that date.

Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and do not have a cash value. Each credit balance keeps the expiration and usage rules associated with its original source, which may include monthly plan credits, annual credits, Credit Packs, promotional credits, or refunded credits. Canceling a subscription does not shorten or extend an existing credit expiration date. Your current balances and expiration dates are shown in your account.

Annual plans are billed upfront. Credit Packs are one-time purchases and do not create or extend a subscription. Current prices, included credits, validity periods, and promotional offers are displayed on the pricing and checkout pages and form part of your purchase terms.

Failed Generations, Problem Reports, and Refunds

If Outlist determines that a generation failed before producing a usable video, the credits charged for that generation will be returned to your Outlist balance. If a completed Output has a material technical or property-accuracy issue, email support@outlist.io. Outlist may review the generation and, when appropriate, provide replacement generation credits or another reasonable remedy.

A request for a different style, listing goal, photo order, music choice, or other creative preference is a new generation and uses the credits shown before generation. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases and unused credits are not redeemable for cash or refundable to the original payment method.

Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Generation time, model behavior, and availability can vary. Outlist does not guarantee that every Output will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for a particular campaign, or produce a particular marketing or commercial result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlist disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Outlist Intellectual Property

Outlist and its licensors retain all rights in the Outlist service, software, workflow, interface, branding, documentation, and technology. These Terms do not grant you the right to copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the service itself.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, threatens the service or other users, or creates legal or security risk. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
